Equity Teams
As a part of CSD's Strategic Plan, the district is committed to paying our education debt to all students. Equity Teams (E-Teams) help CSD achieve this goal by facilitating the execution of our Equity Action Plan throughout the District. There is an active E-Team at each school in the CSD system and the district office. Contact information regarding school equity team leads may be found here.

School Equity Teams
School E-Team members are teachers and administrators who work collectively in schools to eliminate systemic racism (and other "isms") in CSD. They are the power behind CSD's equity work throughout the District. They partner with families, teach their colleagues more about being culturally-responsive educators, and inspire equitable outcomes for all students, particularly students who are experiencing disproportionately adverse academic and discipline outcomes.
School E-Team members are a cohort of teachers and administrators in each school who have volunteered to serve with and are connected to each other through their desire to eliminate systemic racism in CSD and inspire equitable outcomes for all students.
They work to eliminate systemic racism in CSD and inspire equitable outcomes for all students and staff.
They commit to being anti-racist, providing and supporting professional development re. equity, having and encouraging hard conversations, & educating students and caretakers in our schools re. equity.
They serve as a conduit to inspire and create the conditions for equity & self-empowerment in our school.
