As a part of CSD's Strategic Plan, the district is committed to paying our education debt to all students. Equity Teams (E-Teams) help CSD achieve this goal by facilitating the execution of our Equity Action Plan throughout the District. There is an active E-Team at each school in the CSD system and the district office. Information for equity team leads may be found here.
If you have general questions about E-Teams please contact CSD's Equity Coordinator,

They partner with families, teach their colleagues more about being culturally-responsive educators, and inspire equitable outcomes for all students, particularly students who are experiencing disproportionately adverse academic and discipline outcomes.
